As we all know, a healthy body is a very important & essential building block to a healthy head of hair. The following foods will increase your intake of various vitamins  to assist your long, lovely locks. Incorporating some of these ingredients in your normal foods could be an easy transition. For example, try some red peppers on top of a whole wheat pizza, or shredded carrots on top of your salad or baked potato in the place of, or alongside cheese.
